Tournament of the Heartland
The Heartland Association was formed in 2002 by a group of vendors that included Top Score Games of Columbus, GI Music (now Mid Nebraska Coin) of Grand Island, Howard Sales (Greater Omaha Leagues) of Omaha and Taylor Amusements of Lincoln. One of the biggest goals of the association was to make the Heartland open to pool league players from all over the state.
The Heartland tournament has enjoyed the success of continued exponential growth throughout the years. In 2010, the tournament witnessed 80 teams in the Open Division! 270 players participated in the Singles events and 385 played in the team events! Greater Omaha Leagues is proud to be a member of the Heartland Association and be able to offer our players the ability to play in this stellar pool tournament each year.
