League Finances

Wondering how your payback is figured? Wondering what costs there are for trophies, memberships, etc.? Or just curious about our leagues' financial reports. Everything we do is out in the open and available to players, bar owners, as well as the average Joe. We pride ourselves on offering more to the players and giving them more out of their time and loyalty to our league system.

Payback Summary:

Expenses/Deductions:
Trophies - We NO LONGER do trophies/plaques as too many were being thrown away. This was a waste of player money.
Banquet - Apprx. $90.00 (This is the payouts for the City tournament. $60 to 1st, $30 to 2nd in each Level @ Cities)
UQ - $0.30/player per match (This is the players' addition to the Ultimate Qualifier Finale pot. Each league match $0.30/player is deducted and added to the finale pot to go with the Greater Omaha Leagues' added money)
League Champion - $1.00/player per match (This money goes to each division's League Champion team!, meaning that it is now extremely beneficial to come out as a League Champion)
City Champion - $0.50/player per match (This money goes as a bonus payout to the teams crowned City Champions at the season-ending tournaments! Now there is a much bigger benefit to participating in the City tournament at the end of the season)
Sanction - $0.25/player (This is deducted from every player each league to help offset the costs associated with memberships and sanctions for NDA, Heartland, Promo-Nation, TOC and/or VNEA)
GO - $0.30/player per match (This money goes into the new Greater Omaha Dart Championships prize fund starting in 2021)


Sponsor Fees:
Sponsor fees are the amount charged per team to the bars for participation in the league. Most operators throughout the World keep 100% of this income to help offset administration and maintenance costs. We do not. We split this income two ways ... one part going into the added payout for our Greater Omaha Remote Dart Championships and then the remainder of the sponsor fee income is added to the Ultimate Qualifier Finale Pot...thus all of the sponsor money collected also GOES BACK TO THE PLAYERS.
