2016 Greater Omaha Leagues' Junior National Dart Team Announced!

Junior coaches Matt Winters and Steve Garrean Jr. were proud to announce the 2016 Junior National dart team to a crowd of supporters. The new team will be working towards a repeat National Championship for the team who this year brought back two National Championships, a National Runner-Up and a National 3rd place finish.

The 2016 team has expanded from the original four Juniors and two coaches to a team of nine Juniors and four coaches. The team is excited about not only the acceptance of the players, but the support system that has been built for the team.

The 2015 team hosted several successful fundraisers, including dart tournaments at Plattsmouth Eagles and End Zone Sports Bar & Grill in Nebraska City, both of which were sponsors for the team. This year the team, along with coaches and parents are already planning numerous fundraisers to cover the expenses of an expanded team.

Ryley Kellison, 17 years old (Plattsmouth, Nebraska)

The team has already secured M&R Darts, Greater Omaha Leagues and Eagles #365 as returning sponsors and are actively seeking additional sponsor partnerships. 2nd Annual End of Summer Shootout is This Weekend

Don't miss out on a couple BIG dart tournaments happening this weekend August 7th-8th. It's the 2nd Annual End of Summer Shootout at Plattsmouth Eagles.

Friday Aug 7th: Singles Cricket (A, B, C & D Divsions based on participation). $10/entry + $5/player & $300.00 Added!!! Signup 6-6:45pm, Shoot 7pm.

Saturday Aug 8th: Luck of the Draw Doubles, Signup 12pm, Shoot 1pm. $5/player + $500.00 Added!!!

Winners of each tournament will be awarded an End of Summer Shootout Champion T-Shirt & 10,000 PromoNation points!!! That's the equivalent of winning a Singles event entry for Team Dart in Vegas if you are going!

There will also be 50/50 raffles and prize raffles throughout the event. Drink & Food Specials as well.

These tournaments are also DOUBLE POINT events in Greater Omaha Leagues' $2,000.00+++ Added 2015 Ultimate Qualifier Series.

Come out and enjoy what may be one of the biggest events of the Summer.

*Singles event requires a league average. So make sure to tell the tournament director which league you play in when you are signing up.

*Luck of the Draw event on Saturday is open to anyone and everyone regardless of skill level or league affiliation. The more people we get, the more fun it is. Help us spread the word and make it a great event.
