November 26th 4.5 Cap EQ Doubles CR Remote Tournament

Saturday November 26th, 2022 features a 4.5 Cap Doubles Cricket equalized tournament! $26/team and teams have until 11/23 to register. Format will be race to 3, All Cricket, Double Elimination.

The tournament will be worth double ultimate qualifier points towards the 2024 series and will award bonus points for placing in Top 4 --- 1st: 25 ... 2nd: 15 ... 3rd: 10 ... 4th: 5. On top of this, if there are more than 12 teams registered, $100.00 will be added to payouts. If there are more than 18 teams registered, the loser's bracket will be changed to race to 2. Averages for this event will be the highest known, using previous 90 days or tournament average or average from other vendor. Averages were pulled on 10/30 and are listed below. No teams above a 4.54 will be accepted for the tournament ... this should get some different teams together and players who normally wouldn't shoot together to do so.

"Friday Night Flights" Remote Singles Tournaments Offered

*** "Friday Night Flights" tournaments - We will offer these Remote Singles 01/CR tournaments 2-3x per month. They are $8/entry ... $6 per entry will be paid to nightly pot, while $1 goes to Quarterly tourney & $1 to Admin/PayPal fees. Each week will be Race to 2 (CR/01/CR), Double Elimination with payouts 1st: 80% of pot, 2nd: 20% of pot. Each week there will also be a randomized BOUNTY ... All players participating for the week will be entered into a random drawing via random.org. The player's name drawn will have the "Weekly Bounty" placed upon their head. The player that knocks them out of the tournament will collect the bounty for the week. If the player selected for bounty wins and thus is not knocked from tournament, that player collects half of the bounty and the other half rolls over to the next Friday Night Flights event.

Ultimate Qualifier Points --- Signup - 10 pts, 2 pts/win, 1 pt/loss ... 1st - 10 pts, 2nd - 5 pts, 3rd - 3 pts. Any time a "Friday Night Flights" tournament is offered, signup will be available here on the league website and as long as there is a minimum of 4 players signed up, the event will start as scheduled & follow usual Remote tourney rules. Depending upon demand, multiple divisions may be available. Friday Night Flight tournaments are open to all players with a verifiable average, but players only earn UQ points if they are current league players (First day of season through start of next).

2023 Greater Omaha Remote Dart Championships Improves Loyalty Singles Event!

Greater Omaha Leagues does it again ... how do you make an event that gives away $2,000.00 to your 24 most loyal remote tournament players throughout the year better? Add another $500.00 for the next 12 most loyal players so that more can benefit!

That's right, in 2023 Greater Omaha Leagues is adding a "Tier 2 Loyalty Singles" which will benefit the 12 most loyal remote tournament players that fell just outside of the Top 24. This new "Tier 2" event will play at the same time as the original Loyalty Singles event, will still be free entry and free play and will pay out as follows:

1st Place: $200.00
2nd Place: $125.00
3rd Place: $75.00
4th Place: $50.00
5th/6th Place: $25.00

Unlike the original Top 24 Loyalty event, which is split into 2 divisions based upon player averages, the Tier 2 Loyalty Singles event will be one bracket of equalized 01/CR. This means that lower average players could face higher average players, but will receive marks/points through equalizer.

Reminder that the payouts for the Top 24 Loyalty event per division (2 divisions based upon player averages) are as follow:

Payouts Per Division for Top 24:
1st Place: $400.00
2nd Place: $250.00
3rd Place: $150.00
4th Place: $100.00
5th/6th Place: $50.00

The implementation of this new "Tier 2" addition allows for players who maybe cannot play in as many remote tournaments throughout the year still earn a spot for some additional money.
